They are made fresh to order. Customers order conveniently from our online store. Target Audience: busy professionals that love good food and value time (value convenience of delivery/ ordering, freshness, and quality).

I created Sugah as a way to share my love of baking and pastry with friends. They moved and still wanted my sweets so now I'm building this website as a way to deliver fresh, hand crafted sweets to customers nation wide. Nostalgia and Southern Hospitality are certain words that come to mind. The fact that I'm a ("manly") man making sweets has worked for marketing/ promotion in the past. I plan on using that by incorporating handcrafted -looking packaging into the brand. The packaging this may be used on includes wooden boxes (think cigar and/ or jewelry boxes) and "Crown Royal" type draw string bags, as well as business cards, etc. Particular images I like include hand rollers, aprons, wood pastry cases, butcher paper, twine, wax seals... all things that communicate hand crafted. I also like the idea of a crest shaped logo, but this is by no means a deal breaker, just something I'm curious about. I like the idea of having only two or three colors in the design (black and white or black and white with an accent color that can be changed for different seasons/ holidays).
