A Love Story from Beginning to End
Food & Drink
Monday February 6-Dinner (Hosted by Campari USA) Overall Event Theme- The overall theme is to play off Valentine’s Day and catch a rising trend of bitters, amaro, low alcohol beverages, bitter/sour beers along with a great food pairing as well. The target audience would be the hospitality peer, millennial, foodie person, but will also draw in casino guests due to name brands who will be participating. Interested Vendor Participation - Amaretto, Grand Manier, Jagermeister, Dogfish Head, Cointreau, Martini Rossi, Campari, Aperol, Cynar, Frangelico, Benedictine/B&B, Fernet, Luxardo, Galliano, Amaro Montenegro, Fee Brothers Bitters, The Bitter Truth, Angostura, Barrows Ginger, Barenjager, Domaine Canton, Giffard, Meltetti, Pierre Fernand, Cocchi, Ancho Reyes, St Elizabeth, Cynar, Zucca, Sambuca, etc. Food- “Love Bites” food items, Bittersweet Chocolate
So this is a 1st annual event we are doing...taking place at our casino in Rhode Island. Logo should incorporate food & spirits. Bitters are a big trend now in the craft cocktail world, so this event will bring together vendors and guests to taste, sample, demo, cook with, etc. these brands. Bitters are "traditionally an alcoholic preparation flavored with botanical matter such that the end result is characterized by a bitter, sour, or bittersweet flavor. Numerous longstanding brands of bitters were originally developed as patent medicines, but are now sold as digestifs and cocktail flavorings."
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
