Fire Rescue Wellness got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Firefighter owned company needs a new look!

I literally have this pretty much completed. I just need someone to sexy it up! But, in brief. I'm a firefighter that owns a wellness company dedicated to helping firefighters live their best lives. My company used to have the word "fitness" in it and that doesn't speak to what I actually do!

FRW stands for Fire Rescue Wellness. And the "thin red line" represents the brother and sisterhood of the fire service. The "thin red line" concept is often seen in American flags that are black and white except for that one red line. The red line going through my logo should look like an EKG (heart tracing). I want the W to still look very much like a W though, so the EKG will be a bit distorted. All of the picture I'm attaching are pretty close, but none are perfect. File 1: the F is too far away. The EKG tracing needs to go above and below like I drew in. I'm not sure I like how the red line goes straight through the W, as compared to file 3 where the W is more broken up and less "whole" File 2: The blue line shouldn't be blue, but #canva amateur. I really like how the EKG tracing looks on this one, but I don't like that the "red line" doesn't really form parts of the F and the R. File 3: This was the original drawn out on the dry erase board. I would want the EKG tracing to go above and below higher on the end of the R and the beginning of the W. I like this "font" a little better. It's more "funky" or something. Not so uptight and formal. Overall I want to be on the industrial/masculine/tech side and very far away from soft/feminine/round edges. I want to be edgy, but I also want this logo to make a lot of sense. Any firefighter should be able to go "oh yeah. there's the thin red line making an EKG through those letters"
