About us
Elith is an olive oil brand out of the Island of Crete in Greece, where some of the highest quality olive oil comes from. This is a third generation brand of a business whose original founder in the 50s built through innovative methods harvest very old trees and created new processes to extract the olive oil. The brand stands for purity, quality, trust, innovation, tradition, family values, ecology. The name stands for Elpida (the wife of the founder), Ioannou (the name of the founder) Theodoraki (the last name of the foudner) = Elith
