Thank you all for participating! We need more logos to choose from.
PLEASE don't use generic images like umbrellas, trees, bars, houses, shields, etc. unless you find a very original way to represent them. I know it's difficult, but the winner will be the most original logo. If we wanted a generic logo we would have used an automatic logo generator.
The name "Tu Asesor Patrimonial" means "Your Estate Advisor".
We have a Web site at http://tuasesorpatrimonial.com/ where you can see our current temporal logo that has a stock image.
We need the logo for business cards, shirt embroidery, papers, documents, Web site, emails, etc.
UPDATE 1: We also like LETTERMARK LOGOS, ABSTRACT MARKS, NEGATIVE SPACE INGENIOUS LOGOS, and of course clever WORDMARK logos.
UPDATE 2: Hello, we're receiving many mascots. I spoke with Alex, the company's owner and said that if you like to explore that route, it would be interesting to try to make the mascot look similar to the image of Alex, which I'm attaching as a reference, that we have been using in our ads.
UPDATE 3: FYI, I'm also a designer and I've created (and won some) logo contest here and at logotournament.com, but I feel that my ideas are blocked in regard of our financial company. Many of the designs we're getting are too common and have been explored many times, I have made some of them myself too. So the award will go to the designer who thinks outside the box and create a memorable logo that doesn't look like a cliché. Thank you so much.
UPDATE 4: Thank you to the designers that are participating. Just a quick note: please no "sombreros" (mexican hats), "nopales" (cactus), or any other mexican reference. The company is in Mexico, so there's no need to make any reference to Mexico, as if it was in another country.
UPDATE 5: This contest seems to have got stale. We got a lot of cliché logos, very few original ideas.
