BOmb3r has been great to work with. Very fast responses throughout the process, even before being declared the winner of the contest. Great Experience! Thank you!
Easy to work with! He offered many versions of logo we liked.
Love the logo! She came up with a fantastic logo that was completely different from most of the designs we received and perfectly represented the company.
The design was at first look and is amazing, the designer got the idea immediately, he/she was very kind and helpful, thanks

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
FiddlinMike.com is a music education website. We post short, 10-15 minute instructional videos teaching how to play fiddle, guitar, and mandolin (may eventually expand to other instruments). Lessons focus on folk music styles like Appalachian fiddle, bluegrass, celtic, country, blues. Target audience is anyone who wants to learn to play. Age of subscribers ranges from grade school children to senior citizens.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We are thinking we would like a retro feel. Sort of a late 50's/early 60's Mad Men type vibe. See the following pinterest board for general aesthetic -- https://uk.pinterest.com/bekah_sand…-branding/ . We think we would like the logo to be a cartoon head (akin the the heads in the PepBoys logo) smiling up and to the left, with a fiddle sort of under his chin pointing up and to the right, enclosed to some degree by some sort of circular background. You don't have to stick to this, but it is an idea we had. If we get an image/emblem logo, we would like "Fiddlin' Mike" written to the right of it (rather than a part of the logo itself). The "Mike" in "Fiddlin' Mike" represents our generic student that is interested in self-improvement. The figure should be cartoonish, but not silly, and not a specific person. I attached a few screen grabs from some of the videos, so you could make a cartoon version of me, although not necessary.
We would also like suggestions for 3 accompanying fonts to use with the logo for web text and suggested 3 color palette to go with the logo.
