The Canadian Institute of Home Inspectors is vocational training institute in Canada. Weekly classes will be held every month in varying provinces. The audience will be predominantly male. Typically ages 35-50. Caucasian. Often times the audience will have some mechanical / trades background or intuition.

I would like to have the design more bland, sophisticated, trust worthy etc' think blue chip stocks. The audience is an older male demographic; typically baby boomers, generation X, and Xennials. The design should not be flashy or confusing.
