This was my first small business, my first logo, and my first 99d contest. I wasn't easy, I'm sure. :-/
After I started the contest, I felt curious to explore visual ideas I might share with designers to go along with my brief. I'm an amateur, but I uploaded some concepts anyway.
I felt understood when I first saw badem's draft design. She'd interpreted both my brief and my concepts and created a logo that was beautiful and expressive and subtle. It wasn't a copy of my concept. It was her understanding.
Being new to logo design, I changed concepts twice after the first. I didn't mean to ask so much of the designers, including badem, but I was inexperienced and I felt I needed to get an excellent design for my business and for my customers. badem carefully and kindly described her concerns about working out a third concept and I appreciated that. Our conversation helped me clarify and decide. The third design is beautiful and I'm really happy with it.
badem was fantastic.

Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Instead of waiting on hold to talk to a customer service agent, (eg. AT&T Billing dept) we get them to call you instead. Using the service feels like magic - you can't believe we got you help so fast.
Logo types to explore

First of all, thanks for considering this project. I'm excited to work with the 99Designs community.
Our website experience will be loading quickly, simple navigation, and no clutter. You can see it at http://www.fastcustomer.com/
Our goal is to "help customers get help by phone quickly". You can use a phone in the logo if you like, but the logo should convey speed and excitement.
Please don't put the customer in the logo. We want to be making our customers fast, but if we show them running it looks like they're working hard.
