Farm raised organic food brand to appeal to millennials

We grow and sell lamb, beef, and chestnuts. We are a family farm that will begin direct marketing these products at a farmer's market. I like the idea of a cattle brand look for our farm logo. Our target audience is high end consumers who are willing to pay for organic food, probably millennials.

I'd like something like a simple Egyptian plow as the logo with the name of the business surrounding it. Often, it seems that cattle brands have a rustic look to them. I will attach a rough image of what I have in mind, but I am also open to creative alternatives! Thanks!
