We an IT Infrastructure company, mostly working with servers, storage, networks, Microsoft products, etc. We get involved when a site has major problems, coming in to dig them out of a hole and either fix what they have to transform it completely.
It's a small company, only a handful of people, all of whom are extremely technical - we're not ashamed of being geeks, in fact we're proud of it!
The company tagline has always been "Helping you to exceed expectations", because too many similar companies under deliver. We hit our deadlines, come in within budget, and do what we say we'll do every single time.
The level of resource provided to customers ranges all the way from senior technology leadership down to hands-on techies so we don't hide from a particular level of work just because we'd prefer to avoid it. That said, we partner very closely with quite a few other companies because this is a key part of how good IT companies succeed today - they accept and leverage the diverse nature of the industry and turn competitors into partners.
Finally, we provide unbiased strategic (rather than tactical) guidance that covers not just the technical bits, but the people, processes and cultural aspects of the requirement.
