FOOLIBANS PICNIC FOOD is meant to be a new chain of casual dining restaurants (such as Chili's, Applebee's or T.G.I. Friday's) located along Northern Mexico. Its core target are people in their 30's from an upper middle-class, usually going out in groups of friends to have dinner or watch a sports event at some restaurant-bar.
Every FOOLIBANS has full-service restaurant & bar service boasting a fun, funky and laid back atmosphere. Patrons are welcome to walk in alone or (most likely) in groups of friends that come to enjoy a cool atmosphere and quality food by Mexican Chef Julia Hernández.
FOOLIBANS serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's menu is comprised of different kinds of dishes that derive from a Tex-Mex inspiration, such as:
-Hamburgers & sandwiches
-Chimichangas & quesadillas
Every FOOLIBANS is decorated with an outdoors inspiration. The tables are set-up in a "picnic" kind of way, with a typical picnic blanket (red and white square pattern) as tablecloth. The food is served in picnic baskets and cold drinks are brought in small iceboxes.
FOOLIBANS conceived the term "PICNIC FOOD" referring not only to its actual in-store dining experience, but to the fact that it also specialises in take-away orders. With super quick response, state-of-the-art packaging and utmost care for presentation, the FOOLIBANS team incorporates the whole PICNIC experience to take-aways, sending the coolest food-baskets you'll ever get.
