We are a business-to-business industrial piping company. This is an internal logo for one our awards we give to someone who demonstrates the qualities of the boy in the "Starfish Flinger" story. This is someone who puts forth an extraordinary effort throughout the year not just to be noticed, but to make a difference for the company and our customers. If you remember the story, the boy flings the starfish one-by-one. Just like in the story, our actions on a daily basis sometimes seem like they do not make a difference to the company. However, these daily actions can often lead to remarkable achievements.

We would like the logo to be in the shape of a star/starfish. Please include our logo somewhere in the design as well.
