We are a new Mortgage Company looking for an image that will set us apart from others. We work with individual, family, and small business owners to provide Mortgage and Lending solutions. Our primary focus is Residential Mortgage Lending but we also do Small Commercial Lending as well.

The company name is "Equitec Lending". "Equitec" is a fusion of two words "Equity" and "Technology".

The design should look good in various media such as print (color and black and white), web, signage, etc. It should be clean and not too busy. It should be limited to one or two colors.

I am very open to all ideas and will provide feedback daily. I have seen some fantastic talent exhibited in these contests and trust that this submission will be no different. Thanks in advance.
