The design should symbolically represent the sunrise, a bamboo plant, a koru fern or something else that has a small beginning but then makes a big impact. NO DOVES, CROSSES OR GLOBES PLEASE :-)
What we do is a process. We work with leaders in their most formative years to see them develop. We hope to move them from a time of preparation/obscurity to one one prominence as they emerge into their calling and their day in the sun as leaders in their generation.
The design should communicate to the audience Emerge’s desire to fuel and build the next generation of leaders. The logo should be inspirational, yet young in terms of feel.
