Patricia worked with the feedback that we were giving the designers and came up with many different options for us to choose from. She was responsive once we decided on her for the final. She was able to embody our message via an image. I would keep her in the running if I need another logo!

Butler Elementary PTO
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a Parent/Teacher Organization that raises money and resources to help support our local elementary school. Our target audience is the parents of children attending the elementary school and area businesses that we call on to help support the school. The school mascot is a bear.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

We directly support the elementary school and would like to appear strongly affiliated but still unique in our identity. I am attaching the school logo for reference, however, we don't want to use the exact same bear in our logo - a variation on the same bear would be great - maybe the same bear featured in a different position. We would like the school green color to be featured in our logo but it doesn't have to be the main color - we welcome other colors as well. Here is a link to the elementary school website to give you a feel for the school and community: http://vrb.walton.k12.fl.us The community is located directly on the Gulf Coast of Florida so coastal/beach is very much a part of the lifestyle. I did find an old slogan for the PTO: "Catch the Wave!" so I'm not sure if maybe having the school bear featured in a beach type setting might be cool too..... include a palm tree, wave, etc. The logo needs to be clean in design so that we can use it in color or b&w and will look good on a t-shirt. Tropical colors such as aqua blue, sunshine yellow, or green apple could be fun as accents in addition to the forest green that the school uses.
