I'm a 46 year old mother of 2, avid runner, cyclist, golfer, cook and sports fan. I've always been interested in health and nutrition and have enjoyed sharing my knowledge with family and friends. Now that my children are leaving home, I've decided to embark on a new career based on this passion. I want to inspire and empower men and women to improve their health and happiness through gradual and lifelong changes to their diet and lifestyle. I believe wholeheartedly that healthy relationships, an enjoyable and consistent fitness program, a fulfilling career and a balanced diet consisting of whole foods are essential to ones overall well-being. Everyone has the power to make positive changes in their life, I'm here to guide them through the process. I look forward to supporting, encouraging and motivating people to Eat Right, Be Fit, and Live Well. .

I haven't really defined my target market yet. Initially I plan to work with men and women of all ages (22-70) who have a genuine interest in improving their diet and learning how their diet affects their energy, mood, weight and overall wellness. As I start to see clients I hope to narrow down my focus/interest and define my target market. If I had to guess who I will end up working with it will most likely be affluent men and women ranging in age from 40-65 that want to pay more attention to themselves whether it's lose weight, get fit, or embark on a new purpose/career in life now that their children are moving on. These individuals will want help taking the necessary steps to feel good about themselves as they struggle with the realization that they're getting older and their bodies don't function or look quite like they used to ... THEY DEFINITELY WILL WANT TO BUY INTO MY SLOGAN WHETHER THEY REPRESENT IT OR NOT. They also will have more time to focus on themselves, their happiness, and their health because their children are leaving the nest! Health and Nutrition coaching is a relatively new market where I live. There are very few businesses that advertise such services.
no cartoons or clip art please ... something sophisticated but still playful that incorporates the slogan, eat right, be fit, live well ...
Colors: If you look at the brochure I attached or my website that is under construction, you will see the red and white that I'm using for my main colors. The colors used in the logo should complement the red and white I've already chosen. Think about the colors of fresh fruits and veggies ... Keep it crisp
