Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
FoodBrews Podcast interviews local experts about food and alcohol trends. During the Podcast and at our live events we interview chefs and sample some food, interview local brewers and sample beers, review restaurants, talk about the industry trends, share industry stories and have guests from food tech companies and other food industry related professionals as guest.
FoodBrews is hosted by two industry leading experts with extensive backgrounds in the restaurant, hospitality and tech industries. In addition to the Podcast we will also have a blog and host live in person events.
FoodBrews chronicles the adventures of Markus and David as they investigate, learn, eat, drink and laugh their way across the globe. From Michelin star chefs to at home brewers, each episode begins by interviewing cutting edge and industry leading trend setters, then moves into to David and Markus fully exploring (including eating and drinking) their way to a final debate about the future of this trend. This authentic adventure is always entertaining.
