WE WANT VARIETY! Make it difficult for us to choose! WARM, EDGEY, CLASSIC & CLEAN with an 80's/90's vibe. My family and I are looking at starting an apparel company. It will be based on local knowledge. Nostalgia logos and landmarks from Cape Breton Island. The saying "Down North" is a common thing said back home. People will say, "I'm heading down North this weekend" which is not correct obviously. To head down North. But it's said! It's poking fun at us a little, but a saying known well to those from the East Coast. We want a feeling of HOME, EAST COAST for those who moved away. Could use coastal animals, fish, ships, etc. We want the logo to brand clothing, but also be on clothing. Simplicity is fine in this, but don't be afraid to be bold! Or offer up something different. Take a CHANCE!

Greens, sport gold, blues, accent of red. Experiment.

There can be a logo with D and N. These can include "own" and "orth" to compliment the "D" and "N" It can also include the word apparel. Symbols could be coastal animals, the sea, ships, etc. A retro feel would be neat. Or go off the rails and gives us something different!
