Doggo: design a silhouette of a puppy with their head to the side: inquisitive

I'm looking for a logo that has an inquisitive sitting puppy in it in some fashion, but also conveys the AI side of it and looks technological. I like organic and sleek designs with lines and it can't be too complicated or detailed because it will also be used as an icon for the app (so flat and square). The name of the app doesn't necessarily need to be in the logo. That being said, please take the opportunity to take creative license with this and run with the idea as you see fit. I realize this is a small prize, but we are a startup and if we do like a particular designer (or designers) work, there is a lot of opportunity for future 1-on-1 projects as we will definitely have significant design needs in the months to come. Doggo is a mobile app that uses AI to help you train your dog. It is intended first for new dog owners, but largely for anyone who wants to train their dog. Thank you!

While I am considering a lot of different styles, there are a few commonalities that I have been drawn to over the past two days: An inquisitive, sitting puppy with its head cocked and ears up/out & mouth slightly open. The puppy should look alert and happy, like its waiting for a command, not slouching or curled up. A silhouette-type stye of some sort (Square that can be used as an icon as well) The reference images have some postures and silhouettes that I like the look of.
