This service will have two target audiences: employers (to buy the service as a benefit for their employees) and direct to consumer (millennials -both male and female - ages 22-40). The consumers may buy the service for themselves individually, themselves and a spouse, or even themselves and a kid or two. This service is a monthly subscription that allows the client to have unlimited urgent care visits and primary care visits at any of our partner clinics. They will have a "membership" that allows them to have a telemedicine visit OR in-clinic visit (at a partner clinic) without paying a copay and without the surprise after-visit bills. The patient can be seen by any provider at any of our partner clinics because the providers will have your visit history and medical history at the touch of their fingers, making it easy to keep your care continuous and, thus, more effective. The patient can send messages to providers, schedule their own appointments, and have a telemedicine visit all through their portal account.

Requirements for the logo: must be able to look good on a sign, look good as embroidery (on a shirt), look good in black and white. Avoid color gradients in the design. We are trying to capture the "personal" relationship the patient will have with the provider, rather than a stereotypical medical cross symbol. We want to see creativity of things we haven't thought of! We want to use the full "DoctorWellington" (no space, everything spelled out) in the logo. We are open to more creative logos, and we like when DW is played with in the logo graphic itself (making the letters a part of the image). The image attached was a submission that we liked but were not in love with. We would love more creative, modern ideas.
