We are 2 multi-lingual multi-cultural women who share nifty self-reliance skills and encourage creative permaculture thinking. (What is permaculture? Short answer: Think living off-the-grid, homesteading, sustainable lifestyle, care for the Earth, being able to make all your own products, being a loving hippie) We have a BLOG, ONLINE COURSES and IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS on the following permaculture topics: 1. Growing Foods indoors/outdoors [example of workshops: A. growing mushrooms in your apartment B. worm composting for kids C. growing sprouts & microgreens at home) 2. Creating Recycled Crafts and Useful Tools [example of workshops: A. how to build a recycled bird house. B. how to build a solar oven!] 3. Recipes that nourish body and soul [examples of workshops: DIY handcrafted herbal medicine, DIY toxic-free cosmetics, DIY safe cleaning products) 4. Living a sustainable/healthy/green/self-reliant Lifestyle [examples of workshops: A. how to buy all your stuff second hand] (Why “crafters”? We make all our own stuff. Don’t go to the store. Make our own medicine, food, tools, art, etc. DIY-life) Target audience: We want to make the hippy do-it-yourselfer lifestyle fun and attractive to 20-40 year old women and men. We want our brand to convey: 5. professionalism (showing we joke a lot, but our classes are high-quality) 6. creativity/ inspiration 7. fun/warmth 8. resourcefulness 9. alternative lifestyle // possibilities 10. accessibility (ANYONE can learn these skills) 11. connection to nature // care for the Earth

Ideas for images we would love in our logo: We work with our HANDS with HERBS and TINCTURE BOTTLES (for Wellness), SCISSORS + PAINT BRUSH (for Crafting), with a WATERING CAN or MUSHROOMS or VEGETABLES or BEES (for Gardening), with an APRON and MASON JARS or COOKIES or MUFFINS (for Cooking). Idea 1: A watering can (or a mason jar) filled with: herbs, paint brush, mushrooms and kitchen supplies Idea 2: PermaCRAFTERS, with the Perma being “normal” and the “Crafters” being creative, with herbs, paint brush, scissors, etc. ___________ We are rebranding in order to launch online courses.
