Director17 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Check out Director17's Logo design contest…
Our target audiences are two: 1. Those who already own horses or are in a horse-related business., 2. Those people who are interested in horses but do not yet own one. We provide education to horseowners and those involved in the horse business. We also encourage new people to get involved in horses by teaching them the many ways they can be involved, the costs, safety aspects, and character benefits for youth especially.
Logo types to explore
The "2009" file loaded is our OLD logo. We do not want a realistic horse image but an abstract image that suggests a horse (the other file is an idea of this). We also do not want the Kentucky state outline. Simplicity is desired, plus ease to embroider and place on a new website we are in the process of designing. We also want to be contemporary, to communicate that the KY Horse Council is growing and changing to meet the needs of the times.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Director17 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
