(hair) Blow Dry Bar- we specifically offer a fast membership service of Blow Outs (not cuts, color, etc) Target audience is mostly female, most income levels, we want to have a vintage and art-deco cool feel. Think of somewhere you would go before going out, a fun pre-game experience. We will have a bar in the location as well.
