About us
Maddys' Mac Shack was founded in 2021 by the owners and managers of Bagelman, a small bagel bakery in Brighton. We all share a passion for great quality and great value comfort food. Something we all need more than ever. Madison (Maddy) is the youngest member of the Bagelman family and the name Maddy is a nod to Madison Square Gardens in NYC and the heritage of our sister company, Bagelman. Maddy's Mac Shack specialises in homemade Mac n Cheese and Chicken Wings made by us using original recipes inspired by cooking from around the world. We also make our own sides; dips, slaw and wedges and, for dessert, delicious GF chocolate brownies.
