L'heure Rouge is a company that markets its own lines of feminine hair care beauty products. We need a logo that is sophisticated, evokes luxury and is trusted by our customers.
L'heure Rouge means "The Red Hour" in french, with the company name formed after seeing red sand flowing through an hour glass. We are based both in Sydney, Australia and Paris, France, therefore we are wanting Sydney | Paris to appear somewhere within the logo (eg. small font underneath L'heure Rouge). We're open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for our brand and will give feedback to each designer to help them with the direction we like. UPDATE: We would like to see designers have a go at producing a black and white outline of the Sydney Harbour Bridge or the Sydney Opera House (as the representation of Sydney) and the Eiffel Tower (as the representation of Paris) into the logo either above or to the left/right of the company name. It may be a tricky thing to pull off, but upon hearing this idea from a colleague today we're very interested to see if it can be done.
