Design a simple & modern logo for a fast-growing media / web publishing company

TK Media is a young & energetic web publishing company with a global remote team of 50 people from all around the world. We build, own, and operate market-leading web properties that serve consumer needs in large verticals such as technology, health, lifestyle, finance, and others. Each brand is run by a team of writers, editors, designers and marketers who love producing amazing content that people naturally want to share. We aim to create high-quality written and video content that is always professional, with a personal touch. And we work with top experts in each field to help ensure what you read and watch is as accurate as possible.

We need a simple & modern line logo with a strong sans serif typeface with a paperplane symbol to the left of the text. TK stands for Tung Kiet. Tung is my first name and Kiet is my co-founder's first name. There's no other meaning to it. tkmedia should be in lowercase letters. You may choose to highlight tk or media to make either word stand out more. The icon should be something which reflect growth & Innovation. A paper plane launching up to the sky might be a good idea. We have researched more about the meaning of the paperplane symbol and it's PERFECTLY aligned with our company's values and traits. Copied from Google: What does a paper plane symbolize? The folded paper art in this design is symbolic of launching yourself, starting a new, creating a new beginning for yourself. These tattoo designs of the little paper airplane floating around can represent youth, whimsical ideas, freedom, fun, carefree attitude, and a worry-free existence. It's exactly what my company is all about. So let's move our focus on this concept for now. Please try to come up with your best ideas for this concept. This logo will be seen by other entrepreneurs and marketers and investors with private equity and VC backgrounds. It should position us as authorities among other digital marketers and both retail and institution investors. Colors: Please create 2 verions: 1. Use one dark color for the logo (white background) and 2. Use dark background and white text. Other Comments We are looking for a simple, straightforward line logo with simple visual elements. Avoid heavily textured skeuomorphic design. We want a logo that will carry us into 2020 and beyond.
