Design a playful, high quality logo...  prize $$$ and a winner is guaranteed!!

Paws & Claws

We sell premium pet supplies and products to pet loving consumers throughout the U.S.

The brand name is going to be either Paws&Claws, Paws & Claws, Paws 'n' Claws, or Paws'n'Claws.
I'm not too picky about the exact font or capitalization of the wording, whatever looks best.
The brand is going to be a Premium pet products brand, so I want the logo to look high quality but at the same time playful because we're selling pet products.
It's very important that the W or the A in "PAWS" be in the shape of a paw. It's also important that either the W or the L in "CLAWS" are scratch marks with visible cat claws. If it's the W then it can just be scratch marks, but if it's the L in claws and the L is capitalized, you should definitely have cat claws in there to form the bottom portion of the capital "L"
I'm really not too picky about anything else, I'll leave that up to your best judgment. Perhaps we can have paw prints in the background walking through the logo and landing on the paw print in "PAWS". Or maybe a little bit of pet food in the design. I'm completely open to new and creative ideas. As long as a paw and a cat scratching through the logo (or even a cat claw in the word CLAWS) is present.
The pictures and very rough sketch I included are just illustrations....  the finished logo will look completely different.

If possible, I'd like to have a background that is visible through the "scratch marks" in CLAWS. Either a rectangular, oval, square, or round background is fine, and try to experiment with putting the words at different angles or perhaps one on top of the other. Also, we sell pet supplies and I'd like to convey that to our customers.  It should have somewhat of a playful tone, and it should be obvious upon seeing the logo that we cater to pet lovers.
