How stephanie JR started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Stephanie Fein MD OR Dr. Stephanie Fein OR Dr. Fein
What’s your company slogan?
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Me and my Service:
I am an internist and mother of 2 who has spent the last 17 years helping people lose weight and most importantly, maintain their weight loss. Now as I move into a new business model on-line, my whole focus is on not GAINING weight. It is a very sane approach focusing mostly on behavior modification and accountability.
My Target Audience:
Busy professionals (mostly women 30-60 years old) who have many parts of their lives in order (family, career, relationship), and just keep gaining, even a bit of weight, each year.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Easy to read and beautiful
Easy to read and simple
Clear and easily reprduced
Old fashioned :)
Classic, old and clear
Professional but I would like a bit more personality.
Feminine and clear
Not sure it could work for me, but simple and beautiful. I can easily see it as a campaign.
Shows what it is
This has that old time-y feel. I love it.
The Design Aesthetic:
--I love Benjamin Franklin's quote, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". It is perfect for my focus and I love the theme it engenders. It makes me think of old time-y doctoring. Like spectacles, and the old leather doctor bags, and house calls.
--I think of American Revolution time as the backdrop. Ben Franklin's time.
--Prevention is definitely the theme, but so is this old time-y thing.
--A font consistent with the old time-y feel makes sense to me.
--See attachments for a picture that has the feel I'm looking for.
If this works out as hoped, I will find a fabulous design and a wonderful designer who I can work with in the near future to help with all my upcoming design needs.
