Went above and beyond to give us a design that will be contemporary and innovative for years to come. Would absolutely recommend.

- Namita Roy
We couldn’t be happier! Namita was so creative and made several revisions, incorporating additions that just kept making the logo better and better! She actively sought feedback and was incredibly responsive. She led us through the process, came up with a fantastic design and truly made this a wonderful experience that I would recommend to others!

Who are you known as?
UNO STEM TRAIL Center
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are creating a new center at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) that focuses on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The center will be supporting faculty in research (including with undergraduates), students through innovative teaching and extracurricular programs, and the Omaha community through outreach and continuing education programs, as well as students through innovative teaching and extracurricular programs. The name of the center is the UNO STEM TRAIL Center. TRAIL stands for Teaching, Research, and Inquiry- Learning. Though not required, we will share some information about what metaphors we’ve In the past we’ve used in the pastused the following metaphors: the tree trunk stands for stability and growth such as through a STEM center dedicated building; the tree branches symbolize our growing programs; the tree roots symbolize the people from our community, faculty, and students who bring life to the center; the leaves symbolize the metrics that measure our success; the acorns symbolize the future leaders that we are training; and finally, the stream symbolizes the continuous funding sources needed to insure stability and allow for creative growth. While not required, ideally each piece would have a metaphorical significance. More importantly, it would be nice to have something about a trail in the logo graphic.
