Check out greRV's Logo design contest…
Community & Non-Profit
This new logo will be used for our new circular economy bike subscription programme: “For a fixed monthly fee you will get an always working bike.” We will offer the following service commitment: If your bike breaks, goes wrong or gets stolen, we will deliver a new one the same day (using an e-cargo bike). And if it’s a simple repair, our mechanic can fix it right there. The service will be available for individuals as well as employers. 100% of profit will be used towards achieving our vision (getting more people on bikes) Diversity: Our target audience are people who don't actually ride a bike , so please do not focus on tour de france fanatics. Our brand should be for every day cyclists , we want it to be inclusive and family friendly. Moreover it would be used by people from diverse backgrounds such as refugees and asylum seekers from other countries so the logo should take it into account. Vision statement: “a healthy and inclusive environment where everyone in the community benefits from more people cycling” Mission statement: “We enable people to ride a bike. We believe that cycling is the most effective and sustainable form of transport; we believe it enhances our chances for a healthy life and environment.” Founded in 2010, our main organisation Bike For Good sell and service refurbished bikes, run maintenance classes, provide cycle training, and deliver community projects; all with a view to change lives for the better through cycling. This new logo is for a new subscription service that we will offer (the logo is not for Bike For Good). Bike For Good welcomes any and all new or existing cyclists to engage with their cycling community hubs. Beneficiaries include bike lovers, curious commuters, those with physical and mental health conditions, young people, refugees and asylum seekers, and those who have never cycled before in their lives. We are passionate about cycling as a tool for positive change. We aim to support people to cycle; tackling barriers to behaviour change, forming community partnerships and driving social initiatives to facilitate change in the public’s approach toward cycling. Cycling increases social mobility, which has a positive impact on communities. It is proven to benefit physical & mental well-being, and is the most efficient mode of transport. Bike for good works in key areas of the community to promote these benefits, and empower people to take up cycling! Values Passionate We are passionate about cycling as a tool for positive change Supportive We work at the heart of communities, empowering people and building partnerships. To make this happen, we nurture a collaborative work environment. Expertise We continuously develop our skills and share them with our volunteers and staff, and throughout the community. Environmentally aware We protect and preserve the environment for the benefit of all.

I’m interested in abstract and pictorial logos. We are looking for a new logo that is based on the idea of a modern bicycle head badge, like: https://cdn.dribbble.com/users/45487/screenshots/3819867/cinelli.png A bicycle badge is a manufacturer's or brand logo that you often see attached to the head tube of a bicycle. We are open to abstract and pictorial logos We do NOT want to see overused generic bicycle icons used in our new logo for our bike subscription program. We're not looking for a literal logo, please feel free to be inspired to create something outside the box. We don't have a name yet for our subscription service, so please don't base the logo on a certain letter - Please note that this contest has quick turnaround: once we award the winner, the winning design files need to be uploaded to the handover quickly within 24-48 hours. Thanks!
