Design a media company logo that appeals to women who dare to dream

She Dares Media uses various forms of media to tell stories, specifically womens experiences, and will encompass voiceover, video production, and podcasting. Voiceover/audiobook narration - audience includes book publishers, authors, audiobook production companies, and corporate marketing/media seeking voiceover artists for commercials, product descriptions, instructional videos, etc. Video content - audience includes female adventurers, story tellers, entrepreneurs Podcast - audience same as video content

I live in the Pacific Northwest and that is an image I'd like to convey. Imagery such as mountain, trees, and trails work well. This is a media company using voice and video elements so I would like that conveyed if possible. The company is focused on women but that should be fairly subtle in the design. One of my co-workers came up with a design that is attached that started with my initials, SS, which she elongated to make a path leading to a mountain to represent the PNW. If there's a way to incorporate the voice and video media pieces that would be great. I'm not opposed to a completely different design as well. I prefer more abstract designs but I'm open to different options.
