Design a mature professional logo for an engineering company

We provide technical services to the oil and gas industry to increase production and lower expenses.

Light blue, white, black, and grey are preferred colors for this logo. Ideally we would like for the logo to incorporate a theme of gas bubbles rising to the surface of a well or cylinder. The bubbles towards the bottom of the design would be smaller than the bubbles at the top because gas expands as it rises. We’ve included some rough idea sketches as a jumping off point, but are open to other ideas. We want a professional looking and clean logo. We might also be open to using the letters “LGLC” rather than “Logie Gas Lift Consulting” if a really compelling design took that approach. This is a small engineering business in a fairly old fashioned field, so more hip and cute designs probably wouldn’t be appropriate. A bold, modern sans serif font is what we have in mind, but we would be open to other carefully considered designs. Thank you for lending your talents to this project.
