Design a New Logo for a Youtube Channel

Briefing: RPP Institut stands for "Ressources in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy" We do scientific congresses and have a youtube channel with over 100 000 subscribers. As we started with youtube, the logo and the name didnt show that we produce psychological content, so we took the grafic with the puzzle head you can find attached. The "normal" and older Logo shows a formation of the letters RPP - we like it. Also the puzzle-head we like very much. But its not ideal for branding if we use 2 different logos on different channels... so we need a complete new logo. Design: We dont want a standard psychiatric logo – the puzzle-head or these brain icons are standard logos.... We need a modern Logo for a scientific concept, which also looks nice on youtube. Not too fancy, but not too old and classic. It has to be a simple, modern logo for a strong branding. We like simple logos with simple lines like sketches but also not too playful. Our philosophy tells that there is more than the human beeing itself. A Person gets psychic relience if he looks up to something – if looks up to god or to the other persons in his life. The freedom comes, if the person can self-transcendence herself to something bigger in life and make the worls better. On our congresses are also theologans and philosophers – we bring the humans more than helping with psychic problems. Our slogan is "Blick nach oben" which means "Look up or Look in the Heaven (to god or something bigger than you)... We need an Icon/Signe in the logo for youtube and instagram wchich work optimal in round frames. In Attachement you also can find a draft with a arrow which shows up. The simple style is nice and the arrow also shows this "look up" but it looks like a traffic sign with out blue. So we dont can use ist. :) --> RPP should also work with differnt name - attachements. RPP Institut is the main name. The logo should also work with - RPP Institute (english version) - RPP Akademie - RPP Universität ... and so on. --> It should also work with and without our slogan "Blick nach oben" Our fonts are: - Arimo on youtube - Crimson and Source Sans Pro on other Web Pages. On the following links you can see our colour branding. We are open for small (better) changes, but no extravagant. Red or yellow could details could ne nice....but we dont know.
