I needed a logo for my photography website and I set up a contest understanding I'd get about 30 designs to choose from. 172 designs later I ended up picking a design from TJamesKCreative and it looks great on my site. He was quick to make changes and I was provided with a couple variations and several file types.
High quality, very consistent service
We were very happy with this designer. His response time to all of our messages was very fast.

I want to start a nature photography website to feature my photography. I'd like to sell my work and also exhibit at local art festivals.

Whispering Point Photography is a take-off of Sig Olson's "Listening Point". Sig wrote, "I named this place Listening Point because only when one comes to listen, only when one is aware and still, can things be seen and heard. Everyone has a listening point somewhere. It does not have to be in the north or close to the wilderness, but someplace of quiet where the universe can be contemplated with awe." My wife and I purchased our own cabin on a point much like Sig's. It is quiet except for the wind whispering through the large white pines. It is where I find my inspiration for my photography and where I'll be based out of for this artistic journey. I see this logo as being simple, and incorporating outlines of large white pine trees on a point. I have already begun setting up a Smugmug website and there are a few of my photos already displayed there- it may be helpful to get an idea of what kind of photos inspire me: whisperingpoint.com. This logo would be used on the website, and as a watermark on photos. I'm attaching a drone photo of our actual point, not that I expect nor want any literal interpretation of the place, but again to give a feel of what I'm hoping the logo can represent.
