Design a logo for a trendy outdoor food park in an Innovation District

"at Gainesville Innovation District" (see note below)
We're looking to get a logo for an upcoming development, an outdoor food park called Midpoint Eatery located in sunny Florida in a small/medium-sized college town. This food park will be a family-friendly gathering area for our community and will feature four small restaurants offering different cuisines open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days of the week. The park will feature outdoor seating for up to 100 people as well as a stage that will hold special events. Located directly between the University of Florida campus and downtown Gainesville, this food park will serve several different demographics, including professionals, college students, and families. We picture this as a place for people to walk from their place of work with their dogs, play bar games such as giant Jenga, drink craft beer and wine, and gather with friends after work or on weekends. The logo should be modern and upscale– it’s located in one of Gainesville’s central business districts, so it will attract a corporate clientele – but still approachable and trendy.
We had the following ideas: - Something with food/drinks/plates/forks - Something symbolizing a "midpoint" but we are open to ANY design ideas. IMPORTANT NOTES: - In the attached renderings, it shows what looks like food trucks as the restaurants - please, NO graphics of food trucks! - In initial design concepts we had "at Gainesville Innovation District" as a tagline included IN the logo - but this can be left off if you think it better suits the design. - Midpoint Eatery is located INSIDE the Gainesville Innovation District, which has its own logos and branded colors. I've included them as attachments. Feel free to consider incorporating the logo and colors, but note that the Midpoint Eatery logo/branding does NOT need to include the logo and same colors as the Gainesville Innovation District by any means (in fact, it might be better if it doesn't - we previously received some examples using the same colors and the lightbulb, and it didn't hit on what we wanted).
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
