About us
Marcus Val is a service that delivers cooked meals to your doorstep reusing vegetables that would have otherwise been thrown out by wholesale companies in the restaurant industry. We want to cook healthy and green meals that stand out from the otherwise fastfood dominated take out businesses in Umeå. The meaning of Marcus Val in swedish translates to Marcus Choice. The name comes from me, Marcus being the creator and making substainable choices when it comes to food. This includes the reduction of food waste which is our main priority.
