We have Belted Galloway cows at the moment, but are wanting to expand in the future to other animals. We actually have a hidden creek meandering through our farm. We use regenerative farming practices, which are different to industrial farming in that it is much more traditional, and aims to regenerate the local environment using natural methods without extensive use of additives.
