Design a logo for a social networking platform

Student engagement and networking platform for researchers and innovators at universities.

We are interested in pictorial logos. As simple as possible and represents the following words; innovation, quest, collaboration, networking, exploration, research, science, growth. With an emphasis on: innovation, quest, and exploration. Focus on working towards a single icon (experiment with colors) that represents as many of these words (also minimalistic). For example, a great logo can be an icon representing an astronaut since this would represent quest, innovation, exploration, science, etc. This is just an example though so work on icons that best represent these words from your perspective, or expand your ideas on the astronaut and other icons. The logo does not necessarily have to be an astronaut. Think of an icon for things like: explorer, scientist, space exploration, quest, rocket, technology, science, networking, etc. Make it as minimalistic as possible, and try to avoid combining too many things (in any case, maybe combine two things, but try to avoid that too). Be as creative as possible and the more options the better. We are looking at the designs constantly and will give you feedback. Examples of preferred logo types; Robinhood, Apple, Angelist, Tesla, Twitter, Nio, Square, Slack.
