About us
New real estate related legal business, specializing in 1031 exchanges that will be for both commercial and residential properties. Target audience will include title companies, lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, and also the general public (buyer/seller). We are currently operating a successful law firm, this is a new business venture we're expanding.

Ideally, a logo including both name and perhaps a visual element. This is a DC-based business, so something can be modern/contemporary - yet still needs to communicate a high degree of professionalism and skill. Two images below are (1) a sample of current 1031 company logos that think are interesting; (2) the current branding for our existing law firm (we really love this version of the logo and include it in our email signature.)
