Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
VRB Labs is a Direct-To-Consumer performance supplement brand offering industry-leading products (cannabis and conventional ingredient based) addressing issues faced by high-performing athletes and professionals such as anxiety, sleep, focus, inflammation, and pain relief. Our initial products will be twice daily “day” &” night” CBD supplements rooted in science and commitment to the highest quality ingredients available.
Target Audience: High performers in the office and gym who care about what they put into their bodies. These people are likely in the 27-45 age range and are consumers of services like SoulCycle, Whole30 diets, Onnit supplements, yoga, etc. They want the benefits they've heard cannabis can offer, but haven't found a product branded for them with quality ingredients, and intuitive benefit & dosing information. We aim to offer all of that in an easy to use Direct To Consumer model.

One big thing we've realized is that we don't want to show a cannabis leaf in the logo. I know that may seem counterintuitive, but we feel like it's the right move. Ultimately, we want to grow our brand beyond cannabis so keeping the cannabis leaf off of our logo gives us more flexibility.
We’d like to explore a few different avenues for the logo:
- A visual that evokes performance and/or science. We don’t want to be too “on the nose/literal” with this but are open to creative ways of messaging “high-performance” and/or the scientific rigor behind our products.
- A more abstract logo (ie a compelling logo that does not reference performance, science or anything else). We like the idea of geometric designs, but are open to seeing anything else abstract that you find compelling.
