"Al grano" in Spanish means "To the point", I am looking for something that translates into that. It is also a play on words because "grano" also means grain. I am more inclined towards a very clean and simple logo. Something that alludes in a more minimalistic than literal way, to the ingredients or bread making process. Even using chemical formulas as a visual reference or inspiration for the logo. As far as fonts, I am looking for something light, airy, with a flow.
