Design a Logo For a Mission-Driven, Do-Good Creative Agency

Goodera is a full-service creative agency committed to making a positive impact through everything we do. Right now we offer advertising services such as creative strategy, social media strategy, branding, campaign ideation, copywriting, and graphic design. As we scale, we will eventually evolve to include more content creation such as video production. We strive to partner with other mission-driven companies (such as an outdoors retailer who's fighting climate change by selling recycled goods, or a local bakery who exclusively employs ex-offenders, or any B Corp). We also give 10% of each invoice back to the organization or community of our client's choice to further support their initiatives. Our target audience is primarily B2B, servicing mission-driven companies and brands—whether that's a small entrepreneurial online shop or a global brand. We want to help support purpose-driven people, companies, and causes, and give them the tools they need to amplify their mission. Our creative workforce is fluid. We pair projects with talent based on skill set AND passion. For example, if we take on a branding assignment for a dog food company who sells organic dog food and donates proceeds to local shelters, we'll bring in a designer who is also passionate about and involved with programs that support dogs.
The logo needs to feel unique and ownable. Since design services are something we offer, the logo should convey a professional aesthetic that represents a top-tier creative agency. It is important that we do not feel like a non-profit organization. While we are a creative agency, we’re not creative for the sake of being creative, wacky, or whimsical. Our creativity lies in how we solve problems. Goodera is pronounced "good era," which is something I've heard people struggle with when seeing the name in plain text. I am open to the designer using font/color to differentiate the two words, but since the trademark is for one word “goodera,” the logo must reflect this as a cohesive singular word. I'm open to uppercase or lowercase g, whichever works for design. We want our logo to feel warm, welcoming, positive, and inviting. The name “goodera” represents "the good era of advertising," therefore lending itself to understanding what we stand for and believe in. I’d like the logo to do the same—for people to look at it and get a feeling for what it is we do. Here are some brand descriptor words that may be helpful: optimistic, positive, honest, authentic, forward-thinking, welcoming, inclusive, do good.
