Hello, my name is Phi Do and I created Kidophi. In middle school, my algebra teacher told me that my name is the golden ratio. I didn't have the capacity to understand the significance of it at that time until I went to college and saw the Greek letter Phi everywhere. I took greater appreciation of its sacred meaning and universal beauty, and today I aim to experience my life by aligning my ways of being to the nature of my name. I share all this because Kidophi represents me, and I'd like to enlist your support to create a logo that can bring its essence and core values to life: energy, equanimity, and effervescence. I chose the word "Ki" because it represents "life force” or “energy” . “Do” represents action and equanimity. “Phi” represents effervescence, the courageous enthusiasm to express the highest qualities of the self. Kidophi aims to attract people that are willing to put in the time and energy to have a better understanding of their mind. It will be an umbrella business that will have multiple subsets. I’ll start with a physical product and will later host at workshops, events, and festivals. I will be certified as a mindfulness facilitator, breathworker, and life coach, so all these areas will be arenas where the Kidophi logo can shine.
The Initial Product:
My edge is that this will be the first environmentally friendly CBD gummy bear supplement in the industry. I'm partnering with a climate-action initiative that will offset the carbon pollution that goes into the distribution and manufacturing of this product. A portion of each sale will support sustainable energy projects in the developing world.

I think most of them are boring and have little character or feeling behind the product. The usual dichotomy for the branding of a hemp based product is that the consumer can either take a serious medicinal approach or a recreational approach, and I think majority of people lean towards medicinal and pragmatic. I would like to blend the logical, medicinal approach with an emotional, recreational approach, and encourage the consumer to take the supplement with intention. I want people to be conscious of what they’re ingesting and intentional with the decisions they make in their healing journey.
Kidophi consumers are conscious consumers. I want Kidophi customers to feel like they are partnering in their health and excited to heal their bodies in way that is sustainable and effective. This sets my target audience apart from the general hemp consumer base. My consumers understand the importance of removing the root of the problem in both the mind and body, versus only alleviating the symptoms. These people are energetic and passionate humans that want to heal themselves so they can help others heal. They typically engage with other socially impactful businesses like Patagonia, Harmless Harvest, Ted, Charity Water, etc.
I initially wanted to have a character to represent Kidophi, but I decided it’s best to leave the design open because I can always adapt a character into the business model for the future. I also want the text to be strong enough on its own to convey the values of Kidophi, even without the accompaniment of a logo. I’m open to all kinds of logos. I attached an old design with sacred geometry that includes the “Phi” symbol at the center. Not sure what you could do with it, but thought I’d leave it here.
