Holistically Thriving will be a podcast with video as well, similar to the Joe Rogan Experience. Target audience would be 21-60 year olds, leaning towards the female audience. Holistic means on a WHOLE level, you need to be aligned in many aspects of your life to thrive. You need to have a holistic approach to your wellness. You will not thrive in life if you are eating well, but your relationships are terrible. You will not thrive if you are exercising really hard, but you hate your job. You will not thrive if you take natural supplements, but are terrified of death. We will be discussing these topics: birth (natural birth, home birth, confidence/trust in birth, etc) death (acceptance, grief, anxiety etc) spirituality (meditation, connection to angels, trust in life) healthy eating (supplements, healthy foods, etc) relationships (gentle parenting, conscious divorce, familial ties) lifestyle (natural cleaning, consciousness of everyday life activities) healing (natural ways to heal through herbs, reiki, chiropractors, etc) All from a very spiritualized, natural, holistic approach.
