The House at Smoko

A luxury holiday home retreat/accommodation/holiday house located in the mountainous countryside of North East Victoria, Australia.

The area is well known for the history of the mountain cattlemen, the growing of tobacco and the corrugated iron tobacco kilns used to dry the leaves, Italian families and heritage, Mount Feathertop and Mount Hotham snowfields and the picturesque township of Bright with beautiful autumn trees.

Part of the construction of the house features a replica of a tobacco kiln.

Demographics of target audience:
28 – 45, wealthy, adventurous, love the outdoors, either young with no kids or wealthy couples with kids

Information about your target audience:
Skiers, food & wine lovers, cyclist, walkers, lie under a tree reading, love of the mountains

Logo instructions:
A stencil image of mountains in the backdrop, a stencil, almost caricature like drawing of the hero photo of the house and the name of the property (and possibly a stencil image of a huge Dutch Oak tree as this is a main feature in the garden). One design idea is that the text for the name be done using rough sticks, or twigs – like a birds nest but in letters.

Please be aware that this is just ONE idea. We don't strictly want a stencil sketch of the house. Please let your creativity and imagination run wild! For example, maybe there should be sets of skis’ hiking boots, mountain bikes, horses, etc.
