We design & construct custom/high-end gunite swimming pools and spas in the Litchfield County area of Connecticut. We also service these pools and spas. Our clientele consists of high net worth individuals, who work in NYC and have weekend country homes in Connecticut.

I am of the millennial generation, and am taking over my father's business. I would like the logo to be "millennial", yet still identify with a client base of 45yrs of age+. I have explored having a solid icon, representative of swimming pools, and text. Please no swimming pool ladders, diving boards, slides, or pool service equipment. I am open to having two colors, with one being black or a dark neutral.

Pioneer Home Solutions
Pioneer Home Solutions is transitioning its business to selling and installing high-end premium roofing and exterior products for homes My proposal is a wordmark with a symbol integrated into the name, that can be used as stand-alone for specific applications (i.e. website favicon, business cards, etc.) The letter O in Pioneer is intuitive since there is only half of it, the other half was replaced with a roof. I added a small window there so this small window and the half of the O, looks like a smile, wink, which is a friendly gesture like he says "hello" The logo is clean, suggestive, friendly, fun, and memorable: *a smiling roof.* 😉 The execution is based on the golden ratio as can be seen on the bottom.
