We are a commercial (not residential) cooling and heating company in Las Vegas. Our clients are contractors, engineering firms, property managers, owners, municipalities, HVAC technicians, construction managers, facility engineers, purchasing authorities. We works with Las Vegas resorts and casinos, banks, colleges, auto dealerships, shopping malls, etc.
During the first week in January, 2019 our company will celebrate it’s 50th year in business. Being in Las Vegas for this long, we have seen the city grow tremendously and our company has grown with it. On the famous Las Vegas Strip, we account for more than 2/3rds of the major air conditioning equipment in the properties. For this reason – in addition to our experienced staff – we’d like to think that we are dominant in our market and have a reputation for longevity and reliability.
Words we live by are Respect, Excellence and Integrity. These are words decided by our staff and we implement this culture in every aspect of our work.
Our areas of expertise make us a single source for all heating and cooling needs, from engineering systems, to installation, controls to service – for the life of the building.
Over the years we have had several different logos that we’ve used for various reasons. However, the one attached is the one that most people identify us with. We like our logo, but we are interested to see other options – maybe using some of the original design so as not to waver too far from what our clients already associate us with. But we are also open to other ideas.
Currently, we are looking for our main logo. But, as mentioned above, we have several divisions that each deserve their own identity with a logo that relates to, and looks similar to, the main logo. Whoever wins the contest has the opportunity to work with us further on 6-8 more logos that will look similar to the main logo. So please keep in mind that the main logo should be flexible enough to interchange words so that each division can be highlighted.
Overall, our style is modern with clean lines and a less is more feeling.
Special notes: The words on our logo should read LMS Building Systems (with an emphasis on LMS). We will not be spelling out what LMS stands for, however. We are also not interested in using the Las Vegas Sign as a design option.
Best wishes to all of you! We look forward to seeing what you can come up with!
