Tuality Physicians: Family Practice and Urgent Care
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a a family practice and urgent care in Hillsboro offering comprehensive and patient oriented service to the community. We have been trying to emphasize the importance of both--that we are a family practice that provides great care and many services to our patients, but are also available for same-day walk-ins for our patients and the public for urgent needs. We have seven providers with backgrounds in family medicine, urgent care, adult health, women's health, and chiropractic medicine.
What differentiates us--that we are family and community oriented, and provide comprehensive services like x-rays, onsite labs, allergy testing, and more so there are less visits for the patients.
Our target audience are people and families of all ages.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
-We share part of our name with the hospital (Tuality Hospital) directly across the street from us, so we really want to distinguish ourselves from them. Their logo is attached.
-On the same note, we want something that is professional but will catch attention and stick in order to draw people to our practice instead of driving to the ER.
-We have attached our old logo (red & white) as an example of something we want to get away from. We have had some people think that it is a bit sterile, and some people think we are just an urgent care and not a family practice, which we are as well. Something that is more inviting but also professional and conveys that we are a medical practice.
