Design a logo for a Crypto Startup enabling Social Good

Themes: Future of Work, Crypto, Volunteering Volunteers are at the heart of Firefly Initiative. If we make volunteering attractive to people, more people will want to volunteer. If more people want to volunteer, more volunteer-based organisations can benefit. We intend to make it more attractive to volunteers by recognising them for their efforts in the form of a token, paid to them in proportion to their volunteering contribution. For example, 10 hours volunteered = 10 crypto tokens. Volunteers can choose to do whatever they wish with this token, whether that be to spend it, hold onto it, donate it, or ‘burn’ it. Firefly Initiative works with corporates also measure the social impact of their donations to communities, so the logo needs to be sophisticated enough to appeal to a broad audience. We intend to use gamificaiton techniques to spur engagement from users, so the logo needs to be robust enough in its design so that we can show a firefly evolving (kind of like a pokemon evolving, but simpler - see image for context).
