About us

The THR5 Formula is not just one thing, it is going to be a summit, a book, maybe an online course. It is a concept advocating for human beings to THRIVE, individually and collectively as a global community. It is made of 5 pillars (which is the #5 in THR5 to also mean THRIVE). 1. Food as medicine - reestablishing cooking as a way of life using a whole-foods plant-based approach. 2. Functional Fitness - using practical fitness to optimize life's day-to-day obstacles on a physical basis. 3. Resilience - enhancing our emotional/mental fortitude as a necessary skillset. 4. Community - using service, leadership, and our impact on the environment to flourish together in a positive manner. 5. Relationships - enhancing the bond with ourselves, with others, and perhaps a higher power to fortify our foundation as human beings.

Creative berry logo for math based apps

Designed this logo for developer creating math games in order to simplify learning math. His surname is Berry so naturally I played with berry theme and integrated abacus within to tie math aspect as well. Was really happy with results however client decided not to go with it as its to traditional approach as opposed to using modern ios and android apps.

Neat character logo

Here is one great logo I made for returning client and his martial arts kids school. Starting with catchy name which is written in customised hand lettering, I designed a logo with simple ninja character in three unique poses. Design is playful and will apeal to both parents and their children, I can't wait to see it on shirts and aparel :)
